Join a community of Black and Brown individuals living with bipolar disorder for empowering group therapy sessions. Together, participants will share with each other and learn tools from clinical therapist intern and author, Glenda Lezeau.

About the event
This group is designed to support Black and Brown folks who have received a formal diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder (both 1 and 2).
Participants joining this group can expect:
To experience a safe space with a Black clinician-in-training with lived experience with bipolar disorder.
To learn techniques to reframe your bipolar diagnosis and its relevant symptoms
To incorporate tools that teach you how to separate yourself from the symptoms and diagnoses
To leave the group with a wellness toolbox filled with tools to use once group sessions have ended.
