About the event
Asé Therapy and Services presents a moment for moms: a weekly group to discuss all the ups and downs of motherhood and how to maintain your sanity. Led by clinical therapists and moms, Sheena Ogee, LMSW, and Michelle Collins, LCMFT, participants can expect to learn new skills for self-care and emotional regulation while building community with other moms.
For this group, we accept insurance. We are in-network with Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Carefirst, and Maryland Medicaid. After registering, we will reach out to schedule an intake interview.
