Sheena Ogee, LMSW
Licensed Master's Social Worker
Under the supervision of Kalphria Wilson, LCSW-C, LICSW
Sheena J. Ogee (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Master Social Worker in Maryland who is passionate about helping others thrive, especially mothers juggling the demands of parenting, work, and self-care. She creates a supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow at their own pace.
Sheena earned her Master of Social Work with a concentration in Health Policy from the University of Maryland-Baltimore and holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management with a minor in Intercultural Communication from Kennesaw State University. Her background in policy, combined with her lived experience, allows her to approach both individual and systemic challenges with compassion, clarity, and a holistic perspective.
Sheena believes that real growth comes from knowing yourself, advocating for what you need, and learning to give yourself grace along the way. Whether working with clients one-on-one or supporting corporate wellness, her approach is always strengths-based, heart-forward, and rooted in respect.
Outside of the therapy room, Sheena is a wife, mother of three, football Team Mom, and a fan of dystopian films. She brings her whole self into her work, and encourages her clients to do the same.
