Tynee Ridgley

Tynee (she/her/hers) is a Master of Social Work (MSW) intern with a background in psychology and experience in early childhood education and mental health. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Towson University and has experience supporting young children’s emotional growth and development in school settings.


Working with children has taught Tynee the value of patience, flexibility, and meeting people where they are. These lessons inform her clinical approach; focusing on warmth, collaboration, and empathy. She strives to create a space where people feel heard, respected, and empowered.


Tynee has capacity to support supporting individuals navigating stress, life transitions, emotional regulation, and relationship challenges.


Outside of work, Tynee enjoys creative expression, spending time outdoors, and trying new things that keep her grounded and engaged with the world around.
